Poor misguided Liberals. They must feel safe that the coalition of separatists, socialists and Toronto Liberals have defeated the governing party to get rid of one of the biggest wastes of taxpayers’ money in Canadian history.

When I registered my .22 long rifle, I told the Firearms Centre that my gun is ancient and does not have a serial number. In response those brilliant bureaucrats sent me a sticker to put on my gun. Wow. If someone were to steal my gun, I am sure they could remove my registration sticker.
Brent Rathgeber is quite right that we have to get tough on criminals, not waste $2 billion on bureaucracy. Let's get serious on crime like they do in Singapore. Let's get rid of the drug dealers permanently. As Joe Stalin once said, "no people, no problem."
