The letter ‘Downtown events and lack of parking hurt local business,’ in the June 16 Gazette made so much sense.
I don’t own a business and when an event is on, I stay away from downtown. Why can’t events be moved to Servus Credit Union Place and who makes these decisions? We are paying for Servus Place, so let’s use it and help out our downtown business people.
I would go to these events if they were held where I didn’t have to worry about parking.
