As to Ms Touw’s letter re: the intersection of Perron St. and St. Anne:
A friend of mine who lived in Saskatoon stated to me that upon the implementation the X-Walk intersection, that Saskatoon had done the same program with five intersections. Saskatoon City found that this intersection methodology was not beneficial to Saskatoon and reverted to the old tried and true.
I sort of agree with Ms. Touw’s letter and revert to the old tried and true.
