Assuming Kristina Jarvis quoted Coun. Roger Lemieux correctly, I am wondering how Lemieux qualified for his lofty cerebral understandings of the intricacies of the city's financial status.
Because he ran a building supply company? How many chartered accountants live in St. Albert? Certified general accountants? I notice that the mayor is the only one with letters behind his name. Does that mean the rest of the unwashed councillors cannot understand the financials as well? Or does a council member automatically gain deep financial understanding as soon as he/she assumes office? Just wondering.
