Realtors never offered guarantees

I think I've seen enough letters and general whining from the Akinsdale group backing onto the 'school grounds.

I think I've seen enough letters and general whining from the Akinsdale group backing onto the 'school grounds.'

Can you please keep the complaining now more internal? As in straight to the city or maybe Premier Ed Stelmach? You are robbing prime letter space for more interesting things like photo radar complaints or loose dogs.

We were shopping for a house in St. Albert about six years ago and we were led to one house on the infamous 'school grounds.' Our realtor did say that that schoolyard was not guaranteed to stay that way. In other words it may be rezoned for something else. I'm pretty sure the house there was less expensive for a reason. We chose to pass on it as well as one in the south of Heritage Lakes that looked suspiciously in the way of big things to come. Again our realtor would not commit to saying there would not be a road going near the backyard.

In short, them’s the breaks. I think you guys should've accepted the seniors’ home that tried to build a few years back. You knew this day was coming so now deal with it and leave the rest of us out of it.
