I think it would be a great idea to reward the long suffering St. Albert and north Edmonton residents after this Anthony Henday construction is finally finished by allowing the first weekend to be used by skateboarders, cyclists, rollerbladers, runners and pedestrians.
Ottawa does this every weekend on one of their major arteries and this would be a great introduction and present to the people of these great cities!
