Throwing eggs at pedestrian a waste of time, quality protein

I just wanted to take the time to educate the teenagers of St. Albert who have too much time on their hands and not enough things to do.

To those kids who find humour by throwing eggs from your (or your parents') new white Hyundai Santa Fe on Sunday, Aug. 22 between the hours of 8:20 to 9 p.m., you need to learn to do it right!

First of all, throwing eggs from a vehicle means you should make an attempt not to flaunt your licence plate, otherwise you might get caught! Also, eggs can be a little pricey and throwing them is a terrible waste of food. Also, I recommend you improve your aim. Missing me by four inches still means you missed me — and you've wasted an egg. Also, remember that if you also want to start a fight (one of me vs. several of you), you should actually be willing to participate instead of driving away in reverse at 40 kilometres per hour like a coward.

You know, maybe instead of driving around terrorizing the citizens of St. Albert you should think about doing something productive with your time. Maybe you should get a job, or if money isn't a big deal for you then try volunteering at a seniors' community organization or food bank. I'm sure such an experience will be far more gratifying than throwing eggs at pedestrians.

Parents, if you have a white Hyundai Santa Fe parked in your driveway, and your kids took it out with their friends Sunday, please don't buy their story that they just got hungry and ate the whole carton of eggs. Maybe it's time to think about how you've been raising your children. Give your teens some chores to do — they are clearly bored out of their minds!
