Thumbs down to yet another arbitrary addition to my already overwhelming tax and waste bills in the form of compost recycling. I recycle all my own waste. It goes into my yard. This collection should be a user-pay system as there is for garbage collection.
As a senior of 45 years in St. Albert I am rapidly being taxed out of my home. Enough already!
