As a 35-year resident of Lacombe Park, I've seen many changes in the neighbourhood. What hasn't changed, however, is the kindness and consideration of my neighbours who, every winter, help out those older or less able with keeping our sidewalks and driveways clear of snow.
Jack, Larry, David, Mike and Louetta, Irene and, if I've missed anyone or spelled your name incorrectly, you know who you are! If I don't always see you to say thank you, know that your efforts are so very much appreciated.
It is selfless actions like these, in every neighbourhood, that help seniors stay longer in their homes and allow them to participate in and enjoy the great community that is St. Albert. Thank you all!
