I would like to challenge all pet owners to take along an extra bag and pick up some trash at the same time as you walk your pet. We live in one of the nicest cities there is and yet people continue to throw trash everywhere.

Council decision is a good compromise
The development of this land requires servicing, roads, sidewalks, etc. The fewer homes built will raise the cost of each property because the cost of infrastructure will remain the same.
